I always love to find new upcoming artists in the electronica, downtempo scene and I was just amazed by the music of the UK-based, producer and songwriter Chris Milnes a.k.a Winemaker. Actually, the first thing that made a super good impression on me was his artistic name. It sounds a little pretentious (in a good way), but also romantic.
His debut track Verde has a flavor of house music with an upbeat rhythm, catchy percussions, and mellow pads & keys, but what really makes him interesting is the way how he makes his music from found sounds, urban environment, nature, and, of course - wine glasses being hit. This is what we call a signature of an artist. The sound design and the whole production are just brilliant and I really can't wait to hear more from him.
