Nagra

Thanks to an over digestion of SOPHIE’s music, I’ve become quite a sucker for well-timed glitch fx and on “Nagra”, they are peppered in to enhance the listening experience and continuously hold your attention. 

 The track is 6 minutes long and we are introduced to a wide range of musical passages to the point where you think to yourself “damn, is this the same song?”. Walca has also included soothing acoustic elements which I believe compliment the airy pads which linger pleasantly within the background. The fact that he has crafted a 6 minute body of work that keeps you engaged bar-for-bar is part of the reason I keep returning to this to get a hit of that excitement.
