I'm definitely going through some sort of UK garage Renaissance. Vacant's "Apart" is the latest addition to my collection of upbeat, but extremely dark bass-driven electronic music.
Taken off his 2019 released LP Belong, "Apart" can both give you wings and throw you down to the ground. I feel it's this kind of tracks that just feeds on your inner energy and enhances whatever is going inside of you. Following London's signature two-step drum pattern, I still can't figure out whether I want to get lost in the woods or go to a rave in some abandoned factory.
I definitely need more of this in my life.
