The Portuguese duo met in high school while studying music production and then moved to London in 2020, where they self-produced their first EP.
With millions of streams now, Margarida and Ricardo also landed placements on Netflix’s "Trinkets" and the video game "GTA 5 Online", and we're not surprised. With alt-pop, electronica, and hiphop-influenced instrumentals that shift below Margarida's haunting vocals, we are easily hooked by their latest track "IDK". It is inspired by the mystery of life, death, and its aftermath as it questions the beliefs most of us have been raised with as kids. "IDK" doesn't answer the forever questions, but it shows the desire to know the truth.
