Sunday afternoon dream pop/shoegaze melancholia which would make you smile. I think the best way I could describe The Day's "The Day - We Killed Our Hearts".

Drenched with a beautiful sense of hopelessness, the Dutch duo's latest single feels like a blend of Warpaint and Day Wave... but with a seriously kick-ass bassline. I should seriously start a playlist for driving around in the summertime... and this easily could be it's opening track.
