Those dreamy synths...
TENDER are back with another spacious track, called "Living" that reflects on our existence. They shared it's been finished for a few weeks now and set to release this month, even before the pandemic started, but turned out scarily accurate to the current period. James, who wrote the lyrics, explains:
It's inspired by isolation, before we were isolating. It's a song about locking yourself away with sadness. Hiding your emotions, in fear of showing how you feel to the world. The segregation only pushing you further into despair.
Despite them not being certain they wanted to continue issuing music now, because they felt bemused how many artists use the situation as a marketing strategy, we're really happy they decided to continue to.
