All I want for my music life right now is to have more soul sounds and songs and albums because this music is pure happiness and passion and regardless of what dominates on your music players I seriously think it must be so hard to dislike this.
I found St. Paul & The Broken Bones on YouTube and their live just blew me away. Like... really, I love all kinds of music, but this just destroyed me. It literally gave me the shivers. I am so happy there are dudes like these who revive the soul music for people like me who probably wouldn't have thought of digging into that direction.
The seven-piece band hails from the State Alabama and carries all the warmth and passion one could imagine. "Half The City" is the title track off their album released a year ago. Trust me, there will be more coming down the line!
