An energizing electronica cut with an Indian flavour, this remix of Sonnee's "Leave The Water Still" is the positive push you need this Wednesday.
The first remix from Sonnee's debut EP, the track works great both on the dancefloor and on your personal pair of headphones. Katta Lily, a production duo based between Mumbai and London gave a gorgeous spin on the original future garage-inspired piece, incorporating live violins, dolaks and Indian slide guitar - recorded in Mumbai.
Alongside the main remix is also a "Moksha Edit" from Katta Lily - a delicate and relaxing piece, which you can check out below. The term 'Moksha'refers to the ultimate freedom and liberation within a number of Indian beliefs, and this lovely ambient edit perfectly relates to that concept.
