I swear, I am not searching for Australian artists on purpose. Basically, any kind of quality music that passes through my ears ends up on the website. I don't look for specific genres or locations, but... that must be like the 10th band from the Kangaroo land I feature for the past 2 weeks. No idea where the name Snakadaktal comes from, but it took me a few minutes to get used to the pronunciation!

Despite the fact that the youngsters label themselves as a dream pop act, I personally find "Chimera" rather mellow and slow indie/mathpop track. Whats likeable about the track is the general feeling of strangeness and the slight change of the tempo throughout the composition. They are about to release a new EP this August, which I am really excited about! I wonder how come I never stumbled upon their name since they've been playing around for a few years.
