Berlin-based, nu-jazz project Skyline Sun has teamed up with vocalist Mío Ma (originally from Barcelona) to present a blend of soul and r&b. "1906" is the second single from their upcoming EP Hibernation, and with this track, they've gone into a direction that's a lot instrumentally minimal compared to "Wee Hour". The gentle strums of the guitars beautifully complement the balmy allure of the vocals, while the rhythm section elegantly showcases Skyline's jazz roots.
