Last Friday, the lovely Sharky dropped her debut album, People Are Strange, via our friends at Tru Thoughts.

I'm sure you've spun "Concret" on repeat already but not it's time for the title track. If you've been wondering, the album takes its name from a photograph Sharky took in Paris when she was 18 and the dream she had about revisiting this place. Hence, there's a beautiful & mesmerising animated video accompanying it:

Dreamy as usual, the intro-like song offers a journey into lucid dreaming, soundtracked by jazzy keys, slow drum groove, and hazy vocals.

Sharky adds: “I’m fascinated by the beauty of the world. I feel so lucky to be alive. I wrote this song for anyone who feels they might need it”.
