I vividly remember 2017 - the year we discovered the groovy sound of Dutch producer Sebastian Kamae. A lot has happened since then, but one thing's for sure - the talented beatmaker has grown immensely.
The 1997-born multi-instrumentalist started his journey at only 5 years old. Quickly, he discovered his love for the piano, and in high school he started producing and making beats (around the time we first discovered him). While developing his skills, Kamae played in several bands and ended up studying MediaMusicand graduated with a Bachelor of Arts later on. Everything after that is a beautiful journey of discovering and blossoming sonically.
A few months after introducing his project Chicago Sessions via the single "Woosah", Sebastian is ready to share the full experience with the world. The album features 9 amazing artists he met in person during his time in the Windy City.
In today's spotlight, the album's title track, we bear witness to an extraordinary demonstration of Mother Nature's unparalleled talent, harmoniously blending the captivating elements of hip hop, jazz, R&B, soul, and lo-fi music. Mother Nature is the creative child of 2 emcees - Klevah and TRUTH, devoted to building their storytelling and lyrical legacy. The flow and presence are seriously unmatched and I loved what they've done on top of Sebastian's tight beat.
This exquisite fusion encapsulates the essence of a truly transcendent sound, where genres intertwine to create an enchanting musical experience.
