Birmingham-born with Nigerian roots, Seb.T grew up between three worlds. His family’s deep ties to traditional Igbo percussion music, the years he spent soaking up grime music during his childhood and finally - his recent love for jazz-driven rap artists such as Andre 3000 & A Tribe Called Quest. Those worlds perfectly collide in his art and I couldn't be happier with finding his music. Vocally, he actually reminds me of Mick Jenkins and I predict nothing, but greatness ahead of this guy. It was inspired by personal life events, the things I looked up to while growing up whether it was right or wrong. I used to ask myself as a teen "should I do these things for fame and clout or do I be myself and live life without regret".
