The drums on here slap so hard that if you're wearing glasses, you're probably going to be looking for them on the floor in a matter of minutes. The snare is rough and the kick is raw and initially, that's exactly what caught my attention.
I can't neglect to mention that the production on "Power" supplies a feeling of weightlessness by virtue of the airy synths that are dripping wet with reverb. In short, I was super moved by the production. Though it was the soulful vocal performance that'll allow the listener to remember the track since they are incredibly catchy. This isn't your standard R&B track, the addition of Electronic elements in "Power" has creates quite a distinctive sound, one that is recognizably SE.V.EN.
