Rise/Set

If you are still sleeping on Sam Gellaitry now is the time to catch on because this latest track he released is truly a future beats masterpiece.

Fresh off the release of his last year EP release Escapism, Sam has decided to share a track he produced last summer - "Rise/Set". The whole composition is so technically perfected that it flows effortlessly during its near 4 minute play time. The track starts with a build up of melodic strings arrangements before dropping down to an absolutely breathtaking bassline, feeling as if it was pulled out of Thundercat's magical fingers. The remaining of the track continues building up with a selection of texture sounds adding to the magical picture while the sam-gellaitry signature trap drums lead the way to the final part of the track where a bass solo sends the feeling away.

There is so much to take away from this one track. Sam Gellaitry once again proves he is at the forefront of beat making and he will surely continue to expand his sound this year as well. I for once cannot wait to see what he has in store. Perhaps a Thundercat collaboration? Stay tuned...
