After breaking out in 2014 and landing a spot as the opening act for OutKast at their hometown shows, Raury releases his first new song of 2015 with "Fly."
“I wrote “Fly” right after hearing that Darren Wilson was not being indicted for murdering Mike Brown,” explained Raury.
The acoustic guitar-based song features Malik Shakur and finds Raury in an uplifting mood, singing with inspiration and optimism for a better future. “I hope one day we fly, above the things that make humanity divide,” Oh yes I hope one day we'll fly I pray the kids I have see better days than mine."
Raury has started the year in fine style with "Fly" and i can't wait for his next musical step.
