London based duo Private Agenda are the connoisseurs of lush bedroom/synth/electro pop that sounds as good and electrifying on the dance floor too. Their music’s been remixed by Gerd Janson and Andy Butler of Hercules and Love Affair, whilst they've toured Europe with one of the key contemporary psychedelic rock band Parcels. The obscure disco vibes and influence from 90s ambient or rave records gives the band a distinctive sound and vividly expressed narratives in each song.
Their latest EP Affection is a record made for the crash-and-burn romances, a casual fling or a weekend full of anything but boundaries. A track which unites mainstream pop culture with some contradicting influences from Berlin’s drag underworld and the roots of disco music. "Instinct" is the first song of the album, unveiling the curtain of a boudoir where seduction and impulse are soaked into the plush tapestry.
