Wow! The vibe introduced to us on Paul Grant's "Don't Know Why" featuring Adrienne Indigo is quite reminiscent of Sade actually, though with a modern touch.
This is by virtue of the elegance in the instrumentation combined with the ridiculously soulful performance of Adrienne. I can't neglect to mention the stellar songwriting as it paints a picture of a blossoming romance in quite an imaginative way, which is something I truly appreciate.
Influenced by late 80's to early 90's R&B and Jazz, 'Don't Know Why' see's Paul signature production style, infused with his intricate guitar play, lay down the foundations for Adrienne's elegant and soothing vocals for 3 minutes of total tranquillity.
