After touring through numerous countries, dropping gorgeous remixes with iconic artists, and releasing a compelling body of work, Parra for Cuva has had quite an incredible 2024.
The German producer wraps up his year with one more offering, "Chaos in Calm", a track that possesses a raw feel to it as the mixing is tastefully rough around the edges. Comforting vocal samples are peppered across the mix to complement the emotive piano arrangements and the woozy synths. It's really the rhythm section that gives it that signature Parra for Cuva stamp. It punches through the mix and the drums are embellished with vibrant organic textures, adding depth and character to the experience.
