Visions

I've been following the work of Paklite for a while now and his latest track "Visions" is among my fave from the Phoenix-based producer... And I'm not only saying that because it's released under the Stereofox label, but the track is also somewhat reminiscent of future beats - a genre I was enamoured with during my late teens.

Paklite eases us into the intro thanks to the relaxing bounce on the drums and the stellar keys hovering around the stereo field. The woozy synths which spring into the mix come as such a pleasant surprise and their presence complements the textures and drums ever so tastefully. I can't neglect to mention the glistening guitars towards the end as they add an elegant, dreamy touch to "Visions".
