A multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and educator, Otis (real name Joe Bagale) has been dropping a series of singles since the beginning of 2024 and I've been vibing with each and every one of them. "RAGE" marks the 5th piece of what I believe is an upcoming full-length album and it kicks off with a lengthy intro where cosmic synth and soulful vocals slowly belt out into a funky masterpiece.
