Oscar Jerome’s new album The Fork carries a pleasantly haunting quality and feels like an oddly perfect sequel to his previous release The Spoon - there’s clearly a pattern emerging here.

On our last interview with Oscar Jerome, he opened up about his intentions and creative process on The Spoon. The Fork, however was not only created during an extremely transformative period in his life, it's also the first time he's self-produced an entire body of work. This combination has led to a project with a moody undertone, and this is acutely depicted by the second track, "Limits". The rhythm section is texturally dim, and its arrangement is rather left-field. This beautiful oddity is coupled with vocal fx that create a hazy allure around his vocals while bright guitar embellishments breathe life into the track.
