Today is yet another great day for beat music.
Ol' Burger Beats and Vuyo drop a sick visual for their track "Brothers" taken from their full-length album Dialogue. and the beat version of the track on the same day! In addition, we get the honors to premiere the video.
The track is a pivotal part of the album and is equally built on the jazzy African-inspired beats, Vuyo's lyricism, and the spoken words the duo has used. A story within the story. Ol' Burger Beats shares:
Like all music videos, this one aims to create a Dialogue between the listeners. The "Brothers" video is about the consequences of how urban renewal ruined living areas for African-Americans and instead created housing projects for low-income families.
The instrumentals are pieces of Ol' Burger Beats' Jakarta release Monologue and they follow up the beat versions of "We Made It" and "Dusty Grooves" which we recently shared. If you want to catch up with what's been going on with Ole make sure to check out our interview here.
You can stream the instrumental version of "Brothers" below (stream on all platforms here). Smooth af.
