Nordic Giants. There's something weirdly majestic about these Brighton-based guys. I have no idea why, but this collaboration with Alex Hedley (of Saturday Sun) feels like a one-way trip to the world of Lord Of The Rings. Don't ask me why, it's just a feeling. And I am not even a huge fan of the trilogy.

But let's go back to reality and this atmospheric post-rockish track in particular. I find a tiny trace to the music of Sigur Ros plus a scent of Bjork along the way. Saddening, epic and theatrical... I would absolutely love to see these guys live. It would be a transcendental experience. Why? Their identity is hidden and they performs hidden by these feathered demonc/elvish masks... add the enchanting music below and you've got one-of-a-kind live experience.

ps. I absolutely adore their listed influences - Oceansize, Imogen Heap, Bjork, Massive Attack, Cinematic Orchestra, This Will Destroy You, Sigur Ros...
