"Survival of the fittest but I'm not elitist" is among the many witty punch lines Nomé throws at us on his new release "The Canvas".

This is the opening track from German rapper Nomé's collaboration project with jakohitsdifferent titled Theme Music. I'm actually quite impressed at how Nomé ability to take us through a well-crafted story while exhibiting penmanship of the highest class throughout his verses on "The Canvas". His cool, calm, and collected demeanor from his flows beautifully complements the soulful production from jako here.

I can't neglect to mention those soothing vocals that slip in between the pianos during the mid-section - that really enriches the soulful charm of "The Canvas".
