Long-time collaborators and friends DESH and delaney., both prominent figures in the jazzhop scene, have released their collaborative body of work Turning Tables under the name Night Shift.
The two Holland-based musicians usually bring a dreamy and moody charm to chill hop whenever they work together. This is apparent throughout Turning Tables, especially in the comforting title track. "Turning Tables" is a minimally decorated gem radiating hope with its glossy arrangement of keys and lush textures in the background. Their sound on this release perfectly encapsulates a serene yet introspective vibe too.
"Delaney and I finally made the move everyone was waiting for. After countless collaborations and years of friendship, we’re proud to announce the birth of our joint project, Night Shift. We hope to channel our joint appreciation into something beautiful", shares DESH.
