Goodbye

Well, I just found out about New Navy because they just stopped making music together. That's kind of a bummer, but I guess it was necessary?

i gotta say I really dig their sound. Plus, releasing a free for download track as a goodbye present to your fans is one of the best way to celebrate the end of your music career. I sense some Tame Impala here and there, you?

"Dear friends, fans, and family. It is with incredible sadness today that we announce that we have decided to hang up our guitars and call it a day. We would like to give a huge, gracious, goodbye hug to all of you, thank you for enjoying our music, coming to our shows, wearing our T-Shirts and generally being here with us on this journey. 

But, as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Fortunately, you haven't quite heard the last of us. As a parting gift, we would like to offer you all a free download of a brand new song, appropriately titled "Goodbye". 

We would also like to let you know that, although New Navy will not be performing anymore shows or writing any new music we will still be releasing our (now completed) debut album in the coming months. So that's it, it's out there. Thanks for all the memories, we love you all.
