Not more than 15 minutes ago, you would have found me half-dead in bed, almost ready to call it a day (don't give me that look, its Sunday) and then this track started playing on my laptop. It is really cool to feel the flow of energy, which a stream of sounds can evoke in your body and... this is exactly what happened. I rushed to get my headphones and listened to the track one more time. It didn't take much time to realize something - #postrocksunday is back.
My Life Over And Over is the solo project of the UK-based multi-instrumentalist Craig Hunt. Yep, he's one of those incredibly talented people born to make music. People I strongly admire. The track... feels like an intense and emotional journey and is everything I love about post-rock. Also, please do yourself a favour and listen to this with headphones or on a proper speakers. If possible, of course. Enjoy your evening.
