Over the past few years, Musa Masa seems like he is intentionally keeping listeners on their toes as we never know which direction he'll dive into next.
The newest release from the UK-based artist "Still" possesses a playful allure while maintaining a raw, hard-hitting vibe. It's the cute chords from the synths along with the vocal chops that make the track feel light-heart. Mura Masa's adoration for UKG however can be heard thanks to the sturdy "wob" bass and fast-paced drums which creates such a fun bounce. This reminds me a lot of Sammy Virji and delighted to see if Mura Masa continues in this bouncy yet emotive direction.
