Munan's brand new single "Stoked & Stoned" is a winter remedy for all of your psychedelic heads. The South Korean-Australian artist shared a first taste of his upcoming EP, scheduled for release later this year.
The song marks a new chapter in Munan’s journey, blending early inspirations with deep personal meaning. The track fuses house music with a gritty, grunge-rock disco edge, setting the tone for his bold new sound. He shares, "Stoked & Stoned is one of the oldest and most meaningful tracks on my upcoming project. It draws inspiration from a dive bar of the same name, our go-to spot for weekend hangouts. The place had a special energy, filled with memories shared with old friends and new faces. This track is my tribute to the atmosphere, the people, and the music that made the bar so special." Lee elaborates, "The song began with a simple bass loop I recorded in my small studio. As a huge fan of house and disco music, I’ve always loved addictive basslines and driving disco beats. I wanted to blend those grooves with a gritty, grunge-rock disco vibe."
