For his latest release "When It's Over", MKSTN adorns his signature dreamy sound over breakbeat rhythms created by drummers Chino De Villa (Jessie Reyez) and Braden Sauder (Luna Li).
The Canadian producer brings a lush, atmospheric touch to the world of house, indie, and electronica in such a tasteful manner. His 2022 release "Final Render" was the first foray into breaks and drum and bass, and on "When It's Over" he goes deeper into the rabbit hole, delivering a listening experience that's warm yet energetic. The haunting synths are perfectly complemented by the distant, ethereal vocals lingering in the background, with the cover art mirroring this moody allure of the track. This is the first single from his forthcoming LP CONTENT which arrives on May 15th.
