The marriage between Jazz and Hip Hop is one that's stood the test of time, and Matt Wilde's "Inner Peace" feels like an ode to that love by virtue of how well-executed this blend is.
It was such a pleasure to hear Natty Reeves on a track such as this as his slick guitar arrangements really bring the track to life along with those MAGNIFICENT keys running up and down the stereo field. It's almost as if Matt is on a mission to break our necks too because the way he's laid down these drums will have your head uncontrollably swinging back n forth. Honestly, this is another example of top-shelf jazz hop/chillhop on display.
