The good ol' chillhop.
This seems like a throwback to the classic sound of chill beats but it's actually part of Chillhop Essentials Summer 2024. UK-based, Canadian-born producer Makzo returns with a new gem out of the new Chillhop Records compilation, in collaboration with French guitarist Guillaume Muschalle.
Their joint efforts resulted in "La Verdure" - a meticulous, feel-good blend of chillhop groove, spacey synths, slick guitars & hip hop sampling. Yet another reminder summer is already here.
