It's been ages since I've heard such a nice blend of folk and electronic music. While I love the genre, most of the tracks are relatively mellow, which I guess it's kind of normal?
However, this girl - Maggie Rogers is seriously onto something. There's bits of so much things inside, and I think everyone would find something to grab onto. Alt-J, Ben Howard, Slow Magic - list goes on and on.
It's always nice to stumble upon someone who's doing his own thing and "Alaska" is definitely this. Get ready to abuse the repeat button.
