This release marks Machinedrum's 15th album, a testament to his continuous pursuit of evolution and creative drive. One of the standout moments on 3FOR82 is the Jesse Boykins III and Mick Jenkins led "WEARY" - a somewhat experimental track where Machinedrum intersects hip hop, electronica, and funk with his forward-thinking production. Mick’s verses combine compassionate lyrics with a bold delivery, and this is enhanced by Jesse’s calming and smooth vocal presence, which adds a soulful depth to the track.
