"Rain" by Love, Robot and Paris was a love at first hearing! Honestly, I regret for not having heard of this two bands earlier. Then again, there is always time and place for everything and I assume Wednesday, 13:45 at home was mine.
"Rain" is a collaboration between two North American bands Love, Robot and Paris and most surprisingly they are unsigned! In the modern world of corporate capitalism we live in this should be considered a major crime with a sentence between 2 to 4 years behind bars.
This song is in the alternative rock garden with not one but two female vocals. Yes, both bands have female lead singers and they form a great duo here. It stars with a beautiful intro that brings some sort of a cosmos feeling, then a chorus follows with "If your heart won't open up you will never see the sun" which holds a great deal of emotions and eventually the part where a third vocal joins for the final explosion of notes and words.
