This feels like such a full-circle moment. Lossapardo was one of the first artists I started listening to on Soundcloud years ago, and it's beautiful to see that he has finally unveiled his debut album via Roche Musique.
"Mr Nobody" is one of the brightest gems you'll find in his new body of work If I Were To Paint It. The vintage-like vocal sample hanging in the backdrop acquaints us with feelings of nostalgia, and this is heightened by his mesmerizing vocal delivery. Instead of looking back though, the songwriting urges us to look within thanks to the introspective themes peppered throughout the verses. Another aspect that'll definitely stand out about "Mr Nobody" is how sonically androgynous the instrumental is it intersects somewhere between indie and soul in quite a "tropical" manner.
