Even though he has been around for a LONG period of time, I only grew fond of Logic after the release of his insightful "retirement" album No Pressure.
Since then he has gone on to release 5 more albums and sharpened his penmanship in a variety of different ways. His latest track with Oddisee "Pipeline" is a marvelous example of this sentiment as he weaves through a wide range of topics in a thought-provoking manner. Over glittery keys and a soulful choir sample, Logic and Oddisee dive into what they see that is holding his people back, alongside the hardships they endured while growing up. This isn't all gloom, the vibe switches towards the second half and an air of hope and motivation sweeps through the track.
