I'm sure you've heard the expression that music can paint pictures - and here's a great example.
"Formations In The Sky" from German producer/guitarist l'eupe is filled with delightful guitars, mellow keys & a gentle drum groove, as well as field recordings. It's the closing track of his debut Stereofox EP - Into The Wilderness, inspired by a trip to Canada last summer.
He adds, “I was so fascinated by the nature and its diversity there. During the trip, I had the idea to record some nature sounds and use them as textures for the record. Sonically the EP is as versatile as nature itself. It features acoustic instruments, synthesizer parts and – again – real background textures from the Canadian forests and lakes!”
l'eupe fell in love with music early on and began playing guitar at 16 and later studied bass guitar in college. He now performs live, teaches, and started producing lofi beats in 2020. His artist name is an acronym of his first and last name, which is not French despite popular belief.
