Ever since Lu shared with me the bouncy and aerial sound of Leaps, I've been in complete awe with everything the South East London-based producer has put out.
His new sonic endeavor, "Feels", is no exception. No better way to start my gloomy Friday than a fusion of house beats, euphoric synths, and bass perfectly mixed in a bowl of romantic warmth thanks to the vocal chops Luke has added.
Inspired by classics like Massive Attack, Aphex Twin, and Bonobo, Leaps' goal is to craft songs that serve as gateways to euphoria. This is the embodiment of emotional dance music, for me, at least.
