Our love for Laxcity’s work goes way back to 2017, and it only deepened after our 2022 Foxtales podcast episode with him - needless to say, we’re big fans. On "in your arms" we see Laxcity veer into the direction of UK garage, albeit done in a manner that honors his signature brand of future beats/future bass. The drums pack a punch under the woozy synths while an airy vocal sample floats across the mix to usher in a soulful essence into the track.
