Kristoffer Eikrem, a talented beatmaker and trumpet & EWI player hailing from Oslo, Norway, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With accolades like the Oslo Award for Album of the Year and the title of young jazz musician of the year, Eikrem's reputation as a highly-skilled musician and beatmaker precede him. His jazz background has taken him on captivating performances across Europe, India, and Japan, gracing the stages of major festivals in Norway. In the beat scene, he has collaborated with notable artists such as HM Surf, Boukas, Psalm Tress, Metic, coldbrew, and fnonose, gaining recognition with his distinct brand of chillhop music featured on popular Spotify and Apple Music playlists.
For his debut Stereofox release, he unites with Joe Nora (collaborations with Chester Watson and Mick Jenkins) who sits at the forefront of the beat scene. With a performance for Sofa Sound Chicago under his belt, Joe Nora is also one of the few chillhop acts who have had the privilege of showcasing their beats live on the Sofa Sound platform.
