Katie McBride is definitely a new reason to love the Canadian music scene.

The young singer/songwriter & producer recently released her new EP 08215 produced by the notorious Leon Taheny who had worked with another band which needs no introduction - Arcade Fire.

"Everybody's Here" is the 3rd last track of the EP and I must say - it took me by surprise. Before I realized, I had played this around 10 times or so? Very haunting and minimalistic, her voice is the thing that seriously stands out.

Katie is working on her debut full-length album, so that's definitely something to look forward to.
