I'm extremely grateful to Colin for my music Sunday. It's been a real problem finding the right vibe. Things are looking pretty grim here in Berlin and the switch to the total darkness and rain got me. Laziness level 99, unable to find that right tune.

Anyhow, earlier today I dug out that Ash Walker "Thunder" remix and now it's time for the lovely and silky voice of Kadhja Bonet who he introduced last year.

Here's a nice and comforting track off her debut album, The Visitor, scheduled for October 21st on Fat Possum Records / Fresh Selects. Listening to "Nobody Other" made me feel somehow nostalgic. Not sure why or what about, it has this vintage feel which feels like the 70/80s...times I wasn't even born and yet... feel familiar.

I hope this makes sense. If not, at least I hope you enjoy the track. It's beautiful.
