After my previous feature of Luigi Sambuy, I decided to stay on the atmospheric electronica wave and wrap my day around.
For those who love the music of Four Tet, Floating Points or James Blake, I'm stoked to share this track. Melbourne-based DJ / producer / musician Juno Mamba (Vinci Andanar) is poised to announce his debut EP with the arrival of Light Echoes through cult Australian label Soothsayer and will pre-empt its release with a brand new leftfield electronic track "Flicker".
Vinci is also a member of Aussie indie/dance band Gold Fields and while I am not super familiar with their music - I absolutely loved what Vinci crafted as Juno Mamba. This shortened version of "Flicker" (the original is a bit more than 7 minutes) is the only thing you'll need for your next trip. The track spirals through a few forms, but eventually morphs into this morning rave beauty, which I'm sure you'll fall in love with.
