I'm about to put you onto one of the sexiest tracks you've heard in a while! Late last year one of my favorite r&b artists JMSN released a new album Soft Spot, and "2 High" was one of the highlights of the project.
Back in the blog-era of music, there was an alternative form of r&b that was on the rise which was spearheaded by the likes of Johnny Rain, Cocaine 80's, and of course JMSN. More than a decade later, he's still going strong and on the track "2 High" JMSN showcases his adoration for the 2000s as this track is heavily influenced by neo-soul and the r&b music of yesteryears. Throughout the early moments of the track, JMSN welcomes us to a soothing, hushed delivery, but it's really in the chorus where the track springs to life as he reaches for high notes over a slow and sexy instrumental.
