Germany producer ITO just dropped his new EP Fragments via the mates at SVNSET WΛVES and we cannot miss the opportunity to share with you some of the highlights of the release.
The description of sums things in the best way possible - "six tracks filled with refreshing, organic, beautiful sounds perfect for soundtracking a daydream of faraway places". My personal favourite is "Citylights" - the gentle interplay between Bonobo-ish downtempo sound and jazz/electronica is impeccable.
I am not sure if I should admit this, but the track made my eyes teary as I was imagining listening to this while on a while waiting for the sun to rise. The intro is pretty cool, but the true power of the track lies in the build-up and the post 3rd minute fragment (no pun intended). It feels like the soundtrack to a new beginning.
Definitely doing this soon.
