Earlier this year, Instupendo dropped his latest EP Faces I Know and now, a few months later the young producer ventures into a remix journey, inviting various talented producers including Laxcity to share their "vision" of his original tracks.
I have to say - the switch at 00:57 gave me goosebumps. I find this tracks' most powerful moment and deliberately re-winded more than 20 times. The feeling of that soundwave is just... indescribable. I felt like every little sound passes through me and leaves a trace. I know it's an unusual thing to start a post with, but this made me such an impression, I just couldn't let go.
The whole track is a roller-coaster or genres and emotions, but I find this part as the definite highlight (for me). In general, Laxcity is a rather new find for me, but I definitely see traces of his watermark sound in this daydream-like piece. I bet you guys will enjoy the remix, just let yourself to the flow and space out.
