I must admit - putting IHF's music into words and labeling it is one of the most challenging things I've had to do in a while. While there's some Washed Out and Toro y Moi traces, the elegant and atmospheric electronics upon which "Ever Be the Same" is built are something quite different.

I absolutely love how Ben has managed to find that perfect balance between indie and electronic music. The track is taken from his third EP Oasis, which got released a few weeks ago.

The relaxed, yet stimulating instrumentals accompany IHF's vocals, are definitely a treat. Get ready to submerge into a whole new world.
