Ok so I've only fairly recently become aware of Oslo indie-rock/pop group Highasakite, having stumbled upon lead single "Someone Who'll Get It", taken from the groups third album - Camp Echo.

Having picked up a copy of Camp Echo and having thoroughly loved it, I've been listening to the guys second album, the 2014 release - Silent Treatment for the last couple of months.

Think of The Staves after a magnum of Skittles and you won't be far wrong in terms of composition. I genuinely adore their indie-folk vibe that's ever so slightly tinged with an almost bi-polar indie-pop/rock edge.

Last year they delivered a stunning take on one of my favourite tracks in the World so of course I'm introducing them through this track but please definitely check out their body of work, incredible variety and Silent Treatment in particular is a hugely entertaining album ("Since Last Wednesday" definitely amongst the stand-out tracks I've heard this year).
